everything seems to be super tiring... but must tahan on and on
competition this saturday.... super super nervous...

well during the trainnings i had lot of fun... kind of... learning new stuff... hee hee
tomorrow still got training... my knee like crazy, my stomach gastric is returning and my body is having a terrible muscle ache... but this is what i have to go through on order to improve and do better in FAC...
ha ha... it is seriously NOW OR NEVER...

the last time smss rcy won fac was like in 1970s... ha ha
